Maître Alissa Pelatan, member of the Paris, California and Washington DC Bars, is a partner and founder of AMP AVOCAT. Passionate about social enterprise law, she advises entrepreneurs in the creation and management of ESS companies (classic or hybrid) and mission-oriented companies, in France and internationally. She helps companies in their cross-border transactions and answers questions relating to commercial law, company law, association law and cooperatives.

A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Claire holds a Master 2 “Business Law and Taxation / DJCE” issued by the University of Lyon 3 and has additional experience in jurisdiction, legal departments and law firms. Eager to put her skills at the service of entrepreneurs' social and environmental initiatives, Claire joined AMP in 2019.She intervenes, at every stage in the life of social enterprises, on issues of SSE law, rights of companies, commercial law and association law.
